Grace has a large selection of printers (both black-and-white and color) available for printing use. All departments on campus have departmental printers to be shared by any department staff or faculty. In addition, if deemed necessary by the department, a personal printer can be added to a staff or faculty member’s office. All printing is charged back to a department and is account-specific. In the rare case a user prints work documents for two different departments, OIT can modify the account, enabling the user to choose between charging either department during each printing job. Many of these campus printers also double as scanners and copiers. If scanning/copying is necessary, the user logs into the copier with his or her Grace ID number. Email addresses can be stored in the copiers. All printers are recorded in SDP with their static IP addresses.
